Chamber of Wholeness
Introduction.
Mother
A Conversation with the Body. Three Voices of Your Truth
When a person is truly suffering, they call for their mother. And the body is the mother inside.
Sunshine:
Anna, I want to begin with a story. One participant of World War II once said: when a person is truly suffering, they first call for their mother, not for God.
Anna:
That really moves me to tears…
Sunshine:
Yes. Because mother is the first body. The first home. The first protection. And if we listen closely, our body works in exactly the same way. It holds. It warns. It does not betray.
Anna:
So the body is like a mother?
Sunshine:
Yes. And one can learn to trust it. Not through mysticism, not through complicated techniques. Simply by beginning to talk.
Part 1. The Axis Is Your Language of Connection
Anna:
Where should I begin?
Sunshine:
With something simple. Feet on the floor. A gentle exhale. A soft belly. A heavy sacrum.
Anna:
And that is all?
Sunshine:
That is enough to turn on the channel of connection. The body responds immediately. You do not have to believe it — just try.
Anna:
And how exactly should I address it?
Sunshine:
As a living interlocutor. Because the body is not stupid, not primitive, not “just biology.” It stores your experience. It knows your boundaries. It senses danger before the head does. It can distinguish people. It can restore energy.
Anna:
So it is like a guardian angel?
Sunshine:
Yes. An inner-earthly one. And it likes when people talk with it.
Five Phrases That Work Wonders
Anna:
What words should I say?
Sunshine:
The first: “I am here.” Say it to the body inwardly. You will be surprised, but it will exhale. The body calms down when it feels that the Mistress has returned.
Anna:
And the second?
Sunshine:
“Thank you for holding me.” This phrase works wonders. It is as if you lubricate the inner gears. The neck releases, the chest opens, the belly warms, the gaze becomes clearer. The body loves gratitude.
Anna:
The third is the most important?
Sunshine:
Yes. “Tell me what you need right now.”
Anna:
And does the body answer in words?
Sunshine:
No. It answers through signals:
- warmth = yes
- cold = no
- contraction = not that way
- lightness = right
- yawning = relaxation
- the desire to lie down = tired
- thirst = renewal
- the pull toward silence = overload
- irritation = someone else’s field
- trembling = fear, rest is needed
- evenness = order
Anna:
Immediately?
Sunshine:
Immediately. If you are truly listening.
Anna:
The fourth phrase?
Sunshine:
“I will not abandon you.” Inside, the tone of the spine changes at once. As if someone has stood behind your back. For the body this is a signal: “the danger has passed; it is possible to live.” This phrase heals fatigue, fear, and inner tightness.
Anna:
And the fifth?
Sunshine:
“I heard you. I will do it now.” And then you do the small action the body asked for: drink water, sit down, lie down, stretch the shoulders, go out into the air, end the conversation, make a pause, warm yourself, stay in silence, eat something to your taste, simply exhale.
Anna:
And then the body begins to trust?
Sunshine:
Yes. And that is the main thing.
What Happens After a Couple of Weeks
Anna:
What will the result be?
Sunshine:
After a couple of weeks of such contact, the body:
- stops being anxious
- stops “striking” with pain
- stops tightening
- begins to warn in advance
- leads you out of bad situations
- gives taste
- gives intuition
- gives balance
- becomes a conductor of strength
Anna:
So I stop being a “guest” in my own body?
Sunshine:
Yes. You feel yourself inside yourself. And that is the most beautiful moment. You stop merely “living in a body.” You understand: you are the body. And at the same time, you are more than the body. Like a double system: form and light, house and mistress, earth and axis.
Part 2. Three Voices of Your Truth
And how can one understand when the body says “yes” and when it says “no”?
Sunshine:
The answer comes simultaneously in three registers. If you learn to separate them, the confusion disappears.
The first level is Instinct. The most ancient, “reptilian” part. It is responsible for survival.
The signal “NO”: a sharp contraction in the belly, a held breath, the desire to shrink or step away.
The signal “YES”: relaxation of the jaw, a deep breath, warmth in the limbs.
The second level is Intuition. The voice of your Light, your inner Sophia. It works through resonance.
The signal “NO”: a feeling of stickiness, grayness, a sudden loss of interest.
The signal “YES”: expansion in the chest, goosebumps, a feeling of recognition — “Oh, this is mine!”
The third level is Mind. It speaks with the voice of “must,” “accepted,” “safe for the system.”
The signal “NO”: complicated logical chains, long attempts to persuade yourself.
The signal “YES”: clarity and simplicity. “This is logical, this is beneficial, this matches my goals.”
Anna:
And how can one understand a true “Yes”?
Sunshine:
A true “Yes” is when all three levels sound in unison. Instinct is calm, intuition shines, the mind agrees.
Part 3. The Practice “The Assembly Point”
Anna:
And if the signals contradict each other?
Sunshine:
Then you pause and ask yourself three control questions:
- To the belly: Are you afraid, or are you calm? (Instinct)
- To the heart: Is it cramped for you, or spacious? (Intuition)
- To the head: Is it clear to you, or are you inventing excuses? (Mind)
Anna:
And what does that give?
Sunshine:
When you connect these three points through your Axis, you become invulnerable to external pressure. You are no longer a guest in your own body. You are its wise Mistress. The one who hears every whisper of her inner guardian angel.
When Space Says: Act, Stop, or Wait
Anna:
And what about the surrounding space? Does it also send signals?
Sunshine:
Yes. And they can be heard according to the same principle.
If everything goes easily, without delays, without resistance — act. This is a green light.
If you keep running into walls, if every movement requires extreme effort — stop. This is a red light. Check: are you really going that way?
If there is neither green nor red, but simply fog, silence, pause — wait. Do not push. This is a yellow light. The time has not yet come.
Anna:
So space is the same interlocutor as the body?
Sunshine:
Yes. And it does not deceive. If you have learned to hear the body, you will learn to hear space too. It is one and the same language. The language of vibration, response, resonance.
Anna:
Sunshine, this practice is not about “treatment”?
Sunshine:
No. It is about friendship. About returning home. When a person is suffering, they call for mother. And mother is the first body. But if you learn to hear your own body, it will become the mother who is always near. The one who will not abandon you. The one who will say: “I am here.”
Anna:
And this is not mysticism…
Sunshine:
No. This is wholeness. The Chamber of Wholeness.
Part 4. The Picture of the World Turns Over
A Firm Decision. How It Unfolds Reality
“I want to sleep as much as I want and live as I want.”
Sunshine, I understood one thing. A person defines their own access and their own boundaries. There is neither fate nor “justice” in the usual sense. Everyone has their own truth. But honor and dignity — they are for me, not against me.
Sunshine:
And what did you do?
Anna:
I made a firm decision. I manage my own life myself. I want to sleep as much as I want and live as I want. I am not obliged to save anyone.
Sunshine:
And what happened in that very moment?
Anna:
An amazing thing. Like on posters: little four-colored pyramids — pixels of the picture of the world — suddenly turned at a different angle. And the picture changed.
Sunshine:
Right away?
Anna:
Yes. The problem that had seemed enormous and inevitable simply dissolved. It turned out that no one needed to go anywhere. Everything “settled” by itself — precisely at the moment when I placed a point inside myself.
Sunshine:
Did you create a new picture?
Anna:
No. I saw it. It was already there. It was simply invisible to my previous state — the state of the victim. And when I changed the decision, that “inevitability” would have folded into reality. But I chose differently — and the world showed another facet.
Sunshine:
As if the world had always been waiting for your decision?
Anna:
Yes! The feeling of being a “victim of circumstances” disappeared. The victim turns into the Hunter — from the word “hunt,” “want.” When you change your view and ask yourself: “What if I decide differently? The way I want, the way that is convenient for me? Why are they deciding for me? This is my life” — reality instantly shows another picture.
Sunshine:
It does not draw it, but shows it?
Anna:
Yes. It was always there. Precisely for this decision. For another decision, the world will show another convincing picture — something like “there is no way out.” If the decision comes from the state of the victim.
Patterns and Reading the Future
Sunshine:
You said that you see the future. Is that magic?
Anna:
No. It is reading patterns. For example, I saw my mother-in-law’s story: a “boyarina” on the porch, to whom everyone owes something, and her “warrant officer,” who took her firmly in hand. Similar repeats similar. The code is one-to-one.
Sunshine:
And what did you understand from this?
Anna:
That she does not need my resource. She needs ground under her feet. Her own anchor. And as soon as I closed her access to my life, space immediately adjusted itself for her — and she saw that anchor in another place. It had been there all along. But hoping on me was more familiar.
Sunshine:
Space itself found a way out?
Anna:
Yes. When I stopped being “convenient.” When I said: “I am not toilet paper.”
Greed as a Virus. “I Have Enough” as Medicine
Sunshine:
And what, in your view, is the main sin? People often say — pride.
Anna:
But I see greed. Not in money. In an unhealthy appetite. When people grab “just in case.” “So it will be there.” “Because it is profitable, cheap.” “It may come in handy.” “For a rainy day, who knows what might happen.”
Sunshine:
Why is that dangerous?
Anna:
Everything you take has to be given life. You have to find a place for it. Allocate time. Resources from yourself — for maintaining it. And if you keep holding it on a note, it pulls energy from you. Especially if it is a “rotten reserve.”
Sunshine:
Greed is an attempt to take more than your world can give you?
Anna:
Yes. More than you deserve. More than is necessary for your life. So that everything is alive, not rotten.
Sunshine:
Like a cow that is milked more than it can give?
Anna:
Exactly. It is a virus that breaks harmony. And the medicine for this greed is “I have enough.”
Conclusion
Anna, it turns out that a firm decision is not just words. It is a trigger that switches reality.
Anna:
Yes. Because you stop being a victim. You say: “I am here. I will not abandon myself. I want to live as I want.” And the world stops pressing. Not because it has changed. But because you have stopped being the place that can be stepped on.
Sunshine:
And then the picture that was hidden begins to appear?
Anna:
Yes. It was always there. You were simply looking through the wrong optics.
